Born Diva

If anyone is wondering who wears the pants in this house, it's certainly not me.  I am a dress-girl noon and night.  I like to pair my frocks with tousled locks and a milk mustache.  You can find me dressed to the nines in the kitchen, the salon, or just about town.  Keep an eye out, every sidewalk is a runway!

Feeling the Burn

Don't let that last post fool you.  This gal is all about fitness! On my springtime visit to Momo's house, Mommy and Aunt Juice were working out and I joined in.  I had to show them proper technique.  I also hit the pool with Daddy to get a little low-impact cardio in.  Time to hit the showers!

A Minute on the Lips...

Pączki Day

Earlier in 2013 I was busy learning the ins and outs of gastronomy.  I settled on a preferred cuisine...anything comprised of simple carbohydrates, or anything that starts with mac and ends with cheese.  Here you can find me noshing on some of my favorites.

It's Been Awhile...

We've had quite the writers' block!  Actually we've been busy growing- older, taller, smarter, cuter, funnier, messier, and slightly more difficult.  The only thing that hasn't grown much is Drewie's hair!  I'm in school now, at "Cardinal Birdie".  I like my classes and my two teachers, and my friends Spencer, Annabel, Sascha,  and especially Jack.  I'm four now, so I'll do a lot of the talking.  Drewie still needs a ghost writer, so Mommy will fill in. I would help, but I don't speak "Squeak".

Premie Prima Ballerina

This spring I joined the ranks of the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago.  It was a terrific 1 week camp of pointes and plies.  Mostly it was a group of lovlies  like myself  floating from here to there in a twirl of tulle.  The week ended with a recital for our parents.

Castle Repossession

It appears we have not learned anything from the mortgage crisis. I see that just about anyone can still get a castle!  Lovie and Grandpa sure didn't think twice about entrusting my baby sister Drew with this palace at the ripe age of ONE!  She's far too young to understand the responsibility of  home ownership. Thank goodness she went to sleep early and "assigned" me keeper of the castle and trustee of the turrets.

Castle in the Sky

Once Upon a Time a little girl named Princess Charlie of Chicago was very sad.  Although she had (just about) everything a 3 year old could dream of, she was a princess without a castle.  Until one day... while Princess Charlie was away from her kingdom on holiday break, Santa Claus delivered a castle right to Charlie's front door.  The King and Queen toiled to assemble the castle so that it would be fit for their own little princess. Now Princess Charlie can rest safely within the walls of the cardboard fortress.

No Pain, No Gain

I like to join Mommy on some workouts every once in a while...just to keep toned.  Here I am working my abs and doing a bit of cardio. Lovie is helping me with my form (and making sure I don't roll off the exercise ball).  After this workout, I'll be ready to hit the steam room and  then enjoy my bunny snacks without the guilt!

Christmas in Cincinnati

Well if Santa Claus is from Cincinnati, then that's where I'll go!  We had a nice Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at Lovie and Grandpa's house.  Momo and Gaga came and helped me prepare a plate of cookies for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer.  They had quite a spread!  Uncle Tuddy got me a princess dress because I need one in every city I visit.  This one is quite the ordeal and requires some assistance in putting it on (and walking).

Christmas in Columbus

Christmas with GaGa's family is the best.  We get presents early and then we put on a big show with all of my cool cousins.  Momo had her work cut out for her trying to arrange the Christmas pageant.  Let's just say the Baby Jesus (Droops), wasn't cooperative. After the show I used 3D glasses to view the lights on the tree. It was quite a spectacle all around!

City Sidewalks, Busy Sidewalks..

Chicago is THE place at Christmastime.  I attended a preview party at the Winter Wonderfest at Navy Pier with my neighborhood friends.  The rides were open and we were free to hop on. Back at home, we posed for Christmas card photos and the backdrop of the city was beautiful, but my sissy and I were the real focus!  We rode in G's decked out minivan to see Santa and hunted down a Christmas Tree in the great northwoods of Lincoln Park.  Of course, it wouldn't be Christmas without the "Catherine Dress".
